Modern Design Street Light Pole
Designs and Styles of Galvanized Steel Street Lighting Poles
1, Typical design and style: round tapered steel pole, or called conical tube
This is the most popular light pole design and style, it is generally swaged and formed from 3mm or thicker good quality structural steel plate by bending machine and welded by submerge arc welding machine. For the height of pole not more than 12m, it is made by one-piece pole welded with a base plate for anchoring with concrete foundation, it can also be installed by planting into ground. The arm brackets for mounting fixtures are generally independently welded and made in order for easy transportation.
2,Round straight pole or called cylindrical pole
It is generally made from seamless steel pipe or aluminum tube or welded pipe. This kind of light poles is generally for low mounted lighting, which height is not more than 6m, and is generally used in community or residential yards or gardens. The mounting arm brackets or kits are aesthetically designed to give good decoration to the community or garden.
3, Square straight pole
It is similar with the round pole in applications and purposes. The smart pole is also designed in straight pole or combined with square bottom section and round straight or conical top section, the bottom section can be used as electrical cabinet.
